A detail study of the massive iron drive wheels and steel rods on the Pere Marquette 1225. This 2-8-4 Berkshire steam locomotive is owned by the Michigan State Trust for Railway Preservation and operated by its Steam Railroading Institute in Owosso, Michigan.
